These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the brow application ("Software") and the macbrow.app website ("Website"), operated by brow ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Software or accessing our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms. All intellectual property rights in the Software remain with us.
"Software" includes the brow application, registration keys, related materials, setup files, and any updates or upgrades we provide.
Brow Free is available at no cost with a set of included tools. Brow Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional AI-powered features. Pricing and feature details are listed on our Pricing page.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($49/year). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Brow Free does not require an account. If you create an account for Brow Pro, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Payments for Brow Pro are processed by our third-party payment provider, Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms. All prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
THE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless brow and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Software.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine, except where local consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
